Simple Setup: Movement & Music

How do you incorporate movement and music in your toddlers life?

Balloons can be a great play idea and are simple to prepare. Fill your balloons to create different movements and noises - heavy with water, rattle with flour, light with plain old air! Use the balloons to throw, bop, roll and shake to the music. You could even try out a homemade parachute game with the simple addition of a towel or blanket.
